Abstract

본 발명은, 내열성 방진 고무 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 천연 고무와 에폭시화 천연 고무가 함유되어 내열성 및 내열 열화 특성을 향상시킨 고무 조성물이다.
본 발명은 이와 같이 소음 차폐성과 제진성이 우수하면서도 내열성에 있어서 문제가 있는 천연 고무와 SRF를 주성분으로한 제진 고무 조성물에 내열성, 특히 내열 내구성을 증진시킬 수 있는 새로운 조성의 내열성 제진 고무 조성물을 제공하려는 목적을 갖는다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은, 천연고무 60 내지 90중량부, 엑폭시화천연고무 10 내지 40중량부, SRF 40중량부, 산화아연 5중량부, 황 0.4중량부, 칼슘스테아레이트 0.1 내지 3중량부의 비로 구성되어지는 내열성 제진 고무 조성물을 제공한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 천연고무 60 내지 90중량부, 엑폭시화친연고무 10 내지 40중량부, SRF 30 내지 50중량부, 산화아연 2 내지 7중량부, 황 0.2 내지 1중량, 칼슘스테아레이트 0.1 내지 3중량부로 구성되어지는 내열성 제진 고무 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물에, S/A 0.5 내지 2중량부, anti RD 1 내지 2중량부, anti 3C 1 내지 2중량부, Acc CZ 2 내지 3중량부, Acc TT 1.0중량부를 더욱 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
