Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명의 명칭
압축성형된 합성수지제 패리트.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
종래에 사출성형된 합성수지제 패리트는 상당한 사출압력의 사출기 및 부대장치등의 시설이 요구되며, 또 패리트의 중앙에 위치하는 받침대와 4모서리의 중간에 위치하는 받침대는 4모서리의 받침대와 비교적 먼 거리에 위치하는 것이어서 상당한 길이의 사이드코어를 사용하지 않을 수 없게 되며, 이로 인해 금형의 구조는 매우 복잡해져서 이의 제작이 힘들어 그 제작비용을 크게 증가시키는가 하면, 길이가 긴 사이드코어의 사출시간이 길어져서 생산량의 저하되는 것이었다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 표지
4각형으로 되는 외곽틀재(2)(2′)의 내부를 연결부재(5)에 의하여 격자형으로 연결한 상판(3)의 중앙과 4모서리 및 이 4모서리의 각 중간에 중공추체의 받침대(4)가 각각 위치하게 압축성형한다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
격자형의 상판(3)과 가 받침대(4)를 일체로 형성하여 되는 것으로, 이는 그 설비비용이 저렴한 압축성형이 가능하고, 패리트(1)를 2개 또는 그 이상을 중첩할 수 있게 하여 그 중첩체적을 크게 축소할 수 있어 그 취급이 편리하고, 공해를 일으키는 각종 합성수지재의 스크랩 또는 폐기된 합성수지재를 사용할 수 있어 공해방지 및 자원절약 효과를 제공하며, 그 수요가 날로 증가하는 패리트를 최대한 저렴한 가격으로 다량 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 4각형으로 되는 외곽틀재(2)(2′)의 내부를 연결부재(5)에 의하여 격자형으로 연결한 상판(3)의 중앙과 4모서리 및 이 4모서리의 각 중간에 중공추체의 받침대(4)가 각각 위치하게 압축성형된 합성수지제 패리트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각종의 합성수지재 스크랩 혹은 폐기 합성수지재 또는 이들의 혼합물을 성형재료하여 압축성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 패리트.
