Abstract
친수성 콘택트 렌즈 금형은 친수성 콘택트 렌즈 제조시에 렌즈 구멍 결함의 감소를 제공하기 위해 70mg 이상의 수 습윤력을 갖는 금형 표면을 제공하는 계면 활성제 조성을 또는 물일 수 있는 습윤제로 처리함으로써 100° 이하의 수동력 접촉 각을 제공하도록 순간적으로 개질된다.

Claims (10)
- 협동성 요면 및 곡면 금형이 이들 사이에 형성된 캐비티의 주위에 성형관게로 끼워 반응성 단량체 혼합물을 함유하는 콘택트 렌즈 블랭크를 형성하는 반응성 단량체 혼합물로부터 친수성 하이드로겔 콘택트 렌즈를 성형하는 방법에 있어서, 금형면의 습윤화를 촉진시키기 위한 시약으로 순간 코팅된 하나 이상의 금형면을 반응성 단량체 혼합물로 처리함으로써 콘택트 렌즈 블랭크에서 렌즈 구멍 결함 및/또는 퍼들 결함을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시약이 금형면 상에 존재하는 고 에너지 도메민이 더욱 균질하게 되도록 하는 유효량의 계면 활성제를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시약이 응축된 수증기를 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서 시약이 반응성 단량체 혼합물에 의해 흡수가능한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 후곡면이 바람직하게는 습윤제로 예비 처리되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금형이 소수성 물질로 작제되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 소수성 물질이 폴리스티렌중에 존재하는 방법.
- 요면 렌즈 금형을 성형 관계로 끼우도록 이와 함께 병렬로 위치하는 반응성 단량체 혼합물로 요면 렌즈 금형을 충전시키는 것을 포함하는 콘택트 렌즈 블랭크를 성형하는 방법에 있어서, 하나 이상의 금형의 광학면을 습기의 균일한 피복물로 응축시키는 수증기로 예비 처리하여 반응성 단량체 혼합물에 대해 광학면의 습윤도를 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학 금형 표면에 적용되는 습윤제가 70mg 이상의 수 습윤력을 나타내는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 곡면 금형의 처리된 광학 표면의 수동력 접촉각이 100° 이하인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
