Abstract

본 발명은 브이씨알 헤드드럼조립체의 공진방지구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 하부드럼의 베어링 사이에 위치되는 헤드드럼의 회전축에 노치를 형성하여 고유진동수를 이동시킴으로써 공진으로 발생되는 화면불량을 제거시킨 헤드드럼조립체의 공진방지구조에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 베어링(31)이 취부되어 있고, 저면에 드럼모터의 회전자(34)가 취부되어 있는 하부드럼(30)과; 저면에 헤드(21)가 고정되어 있고, 상기 하부드럼(30)의 베어링(31)에 회동되게 플랜지(23)에 고정된 회전축(24)이 결합되어 있는 상부드럼(20)으로 구성된 헤드드럼조립체(10)에 있어서, 상기 회전축(24)의 둘레에 공진을 방지하는 노치(25)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드드럼조립체의 공진방지구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 예압보스(35) 상면으로부터 노치(25)까지의 거리(b)는 전체길이(ℓ; 플랜지(23)하면으로부터 예압보스(35)상면까지의 거리)를 관성 모멘트의 비(K=｜2/｜1; ｜2는 드럼모터 회전자(34)의 관성모멘트이고, ｜1은 상부드럼(20)과 플랜지(23)의 관성모멘트임)에 1을 더한 값으로 나누어서 구해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드드럼조립체의 공진방지구조.
