Abstract
본 발명은 데이터 라인을 알루미늄과 소스/드레인 금속을 이용하여 이중층으로 데이터 라인을 형성함으로써 데이터 라인의 저항 및 오픈 방지를 실현한 액정 표시 장치용 박막 트랜지스터 기판 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
