Abstract

본 발명은 차체 강성 시험용 지그구조에 관한 것으로 자동차 차체 강성 시험중에서 개구부 강성 시험용 고정 지그를 차체에 고정설치가 용이하도록 하여 작업의 효율성 및 고정지그의 재사용이 가능하도록 동일길이로 된 2개의 지지대의 일측단부에 탄성고리와 탄성지지봉을 구비하여 상기 지지대의 중간에는 나사봉이 나사결합되어 나나봉의 회전에 의해 회동되도록 하며 타측단부에는 홀더를 구비하여 나사봉에 의해 회동되는 지지대의 고정력에 의해 차체의 개구부에 고정되도록 한 차체강성 시험용 지그구조에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 동일길이를 갖튼 2개의 지지대(1)는 소정위치가 절곡되며 일측단부에는 외측에 연결대(2)가 돌출설치된 탄성고기(3)와 탄성지지봉(4)이 탄성설치되어 지지대(1)가 탄성지지되도록 하며 상기 지지대(1)의 중간에는 회전판(5)을 중심으로 좌우측의 나사부가 반대방향으로 형성되어 나사봉(6)의 회전에 의해 지지대(1)가 탄성지봉(4)를 중심으로 회동되도록 하여 상기 지지재(1)의 타측단부에는 고정력을 증가하기 위한 고정돌기(7)를 돌출시켜 차체의 개구부 패널(9)에 압착 고정되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차체강성 시험용 지그구조.
