Abstract

종래에 있어서의 비드는 단순이 사각형상의 비드뭉치(100) 상면에 비드 필러(110)가 재치되고, 이들의 외주면에 플립퍼(120)가 설치되는 구조로써, 이는 플립퍼 제작에 따른 원자재의 소요와 여러단계에 제작 공정으로 많은 노동력이 요구되는 결점이 있으며, 고무재질로 형성되는 플립퍼가 어느정도 비드부의 강성을 강화시킬 수 있는지를 신뢰하기 어려운 문제점이 있었던바, 본 발명은 비드뭉치(10)의 상면(11)일측에 와이어가 적층형성되는 측벽(15)과, 또다른 일측에 와이어가 적층 형성되는 걸림턱(17)을 형성시키며, 측벽(15)과 걸림턱(17)사이에 비드필러(20)의 하단부가 삽입 설치되게 구성시켜 측벽이 필러의 하단부를 견고하게 지지하여 비드뭉치와 필러가 일체감을 갖도록 하여 조종안정성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있게 하며, 플리퍼의 필요없이도 비드부의 강성을 강화시킬 수 있어 원자재 절감의 효과와 제조공정수를 단축시켜 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있는 것임.The bead in the related art has a structure in which the bead filler 110 is placed on the upper surface of the rectangular bead bundle 100, and the flipper 120 is installed on the outer circumferential surface thereof.
