Abstract
디스플레이 장치에 사용되는 글래스에 구멍을 뚫을때 유리가루와 냉각수가 정비를 오염시키고 유리가루가 글래스 표면에 부착되어 세정작업을 별도로 함으로 인하여 생산성을 저하시키는 문제점을 개선하기 위하여, 직선이동수단에 의해 승강이 가능하게 위치하며 내부로 드릴이 진입할 수 있는 통로를 보유하고 있으며 저면에 공간부가 형성되고 이 공간부는 냉각수 유입로 및 배출로와 연통하는 가동부재와, 상기한 가동부재와 마주하는 상태로 아래측에 고정되며 또 다른 드릴이 진입할 수 있는 통로가 개설되고 이 통로의 상측에 공간부가 형성되며 이 공간부는 냉각수 유입로 및 배출로와 연통하는 고정부재를 포함하며, 상기한 배출로들은 각각 진공펌프와 연결되어 공간부에 진공압을 형성하는 글래스 드릴장치를 제공한다.In order to improve the problem that glass powder and cooling water contaminate maintenance when glass is used for display device and glass powder adheres to the glass surface to reduce productivity due to separate cleaning work, lifting by linear moving means It is located so that it has a passage through which the drill can enter, and a space portion is formed at the bottom thereof, and the space portion is provided with a movable member communicating with the cooling water inflow passage and the discharge passage and facing downward with the movable member.
