Abstract
본 발명은 고로, 전기로등에서 용선을 받아 전로등의 정련로로 이송하거나, 정련로에서 용강을 받아 주조설비로 이송하는데 사용하는 제강래들(ladle)의 철피 상부 구조를 개량하여 슬래그 내화물의 두께를 용강이 접촉되는 일반벽체 내화물의 두께보다 두껍게 하여 용손(녹아서 닳음) 균형을 맞추어서 수리 횟수를 줄이고, 내화물의 사용량을 최소화 하며, 관리운영에 효율성을 높일 수 있는 제강래들의 구조에 관한 것으로, 상광하협형으로 외측 양쪽에 크레인 걸고리용 트라니온을 구비한 철피와, 상기 내측면에 내화물을 구비한 제강래들에 있어서, 슬래그가 접촉되고 슬래그 내화물이 내설되어지는 철피의 상부를 용강이 접촉되어지는 일반벽체 내화물이 내설되는 철피의 하부 연장선 보다 밖으로 넓게 확장 형성하여서 슬래그 내화물의 두게를 일반벽체 내화물의 두께 보다 두껍게 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 제강래들이다.The present invention receives the molten iron from the blast furnace, electric furnace, etc. to transfer to the refining furnace, such as converter, or to improve the thickness of the slag refractory to the upper steel structure of the ladle (ladle) used to receive the molten steel from the refining furnace to the casting facility.
