본 발명은 전압제어 발진기의 발진주파수를 이용하여 광대역의 입력주파수가 안정회될 수 있도록 된 주파수 분주기에 관한 것으로, 이를 해결하기 위하여 초고주파영역에서의 주파수 분주를 위하여 광대역의 입력 주파수(fin) 신호와 전압제어 발진부의 발진주파수에 의거하여 소정의 분주된 주파수를 제공하는 주파수 분주장치에 있어서; 소정의 발진주파수를 제공하는 수정 발진부와, 전압제어 발진부로부터의 발진주파수와 수정 발진부의 발진주파수간의 위상차를 검출하는 위상 검출부, 위상 검출부에 의해서 검출된 두 발진주파수간의 위상차를 근거로 하여 전압제어 발진부의 발진주파수를 보상하기 위한 소정의 보상제어신호를 제공하는 로우패스필터로 구성함으로써, 궤환되어 입력되는 발진주파수와 수정발진부의 발진주파수를 이용하여 보다 안정된 주파수 분주가 가능한 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a frequency divider in which a wide frequency input frequency can be stabilized by using an oscillation frequency of a voltage controlled oscillator.
