Abstract
본 발명은 가습기의 실평수 측정을 위한 방법에 관한 것으로, 더 자세하게는 미리 소정치로 설정한 설정온도에 대한 습도변화량 데이터에 따른 평수와 가습량의 룩업테이블을 참고로 최대가습량에 따른 시간당 습도변화를 체크하여 상기 설정한 룩업테이블에서 현재의 평수를 검색한 다음 이를 통해 가습을 진행하여 현재의 평수에 맞는지의 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 된 가습기의 실평수 측정방법에 관한 것으로서, 초기의 현재온도설정과 가습키 시작에 따른 초기습도를 설정하는 제1단계와, 상기 제1단계의 동작후 가습동작을 행하는 가습회로부와 송풍팬이 구동하여 초기가습이 강분무 동작을 진행하는 제2단계와 상기 제2단계와 동시에 소정의 시간을 카운트개시하여 설정된 시간까지 종료시간을 카운트하는 제3단계와, 상기 제3단계후의 종료된 시간의 시점에 도달하여 그때 현습도를 설정하는 제4단계와 상기 제2단계와 제4단계에서 초기습도에서 도달하는 시간에 따른 현재습도를 체크하여 미리 소정치로 설정한 룩업테이블에서 현재평수를 검색하는 제5단계와, 상기 제5단계에서 획득된 데이터의 평수를 세트하여 현재평수 디스플레이부에 표시하는 제6단게와, 상기 제6단계에서 획득된 현재평수를 세트함과 아울러 각 초기습도와 초기온도, 시간의 설정을 세트하는 제7단계와, 가습동작후 습도감지부에 한 습도감지가 상기 제7단계에서 설정한 초기습도와 소정치값과 비교하는 제8단계와, 상기 제8단계에서 동일하거나 그 이상으로 판단되면 그때의 시간을 세트하는 제9단계와, 상기 제7단계의 설정시간과 제8단계의 시간 차를 구하여 이를 세트하는 제10단계와, 상기 제10단계에서 획득된 시간의 데이터와 미리 소정치로 정한 데이터와 같은가를 비교 판단하는 제11단계와 상기 제11단계에서 동일한 것으로 판단되면 정상으로 판정하여 그때의 현재평수를 디스플레이하는 제12단계와, 제11단계에서 그 이하로 판단되면 그때의 평수가 틀린 것으로 간주하여 평수의 증감을 진행하는 제13단계로 구비된 특징이 있다.The present invention relates to a method for measuring the actual water level of the humidifier, and more specifically, to check the humidity change per hour according to the maximum amount of humidification with reference to the lookup table of the average water and the amount of humidity change according to the humidity change data for a predetermined temperature set in advance The present invention relates to a method for measuring the actual water level of the humidifier, which is configured to search for the current water level in the set lookup table, and then proceed with humidification.
