이 발명은 냉장고의 냉각기 주변공기의 습도를 검출하여 가장 최적의 제상 시기를 판별할 수 있도록 한 습도를 이용한 냉장고의 제상방법에 관한 것으로,각기 주변공기의 습도를 검출하기 위해 냉각기 인접소정 부위에 설치된 습도센서를 구비한 냉장고의 제상방법에 있어서,램 초기화 직후 압축기를 구동시키고 습도센서가 자기발열 되도록한 과정과,상기 습도센서의 자기발열이 완료되면 불평등전압을 소거하고 습도센싱을 개시하는 과정과,상기 압축기의 운전 누적시간을 산출하고,상기 습도센서에 의해 감지된 습도량을 검출하여 상기 두값을 적산하는 과정과,상기 적산된 값이 소정값 이상인가를 판단하는 과정과,상기 적산한 값이 소정값이상일 경우에 제상을 개시하도록 한 과정을 구비하여서 된 것이다.The present invention relates to a method of defrosting a refrigerator using humidity to detect humidity of air around the cooler of the refrigerator so as to determine the most optimal defrosting time.
