Abstract
본 발명에 의한 밀페형 압축기의 소음저감 장치는 중앙에 형성된 토출공간과, 그 토출공간 둘레에 원주방향으로 형성된 공명홈과, 상기 토출공간의 일측에 형성되면 토출공간과 공명홈을 연결하는 압력도임로로 구성된 강재질의 공명피스를 실린더 토출포트 상부의 베어링포트에 압입하여 설치힘으로써, 설치 및 가공이 용이하고 베어링보다 강한 재질을 사용하므로 밸브시트면의 가공정도를 향상시켜 베어링 시트면의 마모를 방지하여, 공명홈의 체적을 용이하게 변경할수 있으며, 베어링 단판의 강도저하가 없고 변형이 작도록 하였다.

Claims (2)
- 실린더 토출포트 상부의 베어링포트에 주위의 베어링 재질보다 강재질로 형성된 공명피스를 압입하여 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀페형 압축기의 소음저감 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공명피스는 중앙에 형성된 토출공간과, 그 토출공간 둘레에 원주방향으로 형성된 공명홈과, 상기 토출공간의 일측에 형성되면 토출공간과 공명홈을 연결하는 압력도입로로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀페형 압축기의 소음저감 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
