Abstract

본 발명은 건축용 황토판넬 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
그러나 대부분의 건축자재들은 인건비의 상승도를 감안하여 경량기포콘트리트를 완충층으로 사용하거나, 발포폴리스티렌폼, 특수 방음보드나 암면, 유리면을 완충재로 사용하는 것을 일반적인 경향이다.
상기와 같은 건축자재들은 건축폐기물의 처리가 마땅하게 마련되지 않아 심각한 환경오염문제가 거두되고 있다.
이에 본 발명은 정선된 황토 68% 폐지펄프 30%의 혼합물에 물풀2%를 가교제로 한 혼합조성물에 20%의 물을 붓고 토련기로 반죽해 압출한 소지(素地)를 압출로울러로 일정두께의 평판넬로 규격 성형한 다음 80~150℃열풍 콘베어라인에 2시간 정도 노출시켜 고결(固結)함을 특징으로 하는 건축용 황토판넬 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 발포폴리스티렌폼에 비하여 보다 우수한 보온 방음 표과 및 적적한 통기성을 유지함으로서 쾌적한 주거생활을 즐길 수 있도록 한 건축용 황토판넬 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 정선된 황토68% 페지펄프 30%의 혼합물에 물풀2%를 가교제로 한 혼합조성물에 20%의 물을 붓고 토련기로 반죽해 압출한 소지(素地)를 압출로울러로 일정두께의 평판넬로 규격 성형한 다음 80~150℃열풍 콘베어라인에 2시간 정도 노출시켜 고결(固結)함을 특징으로 하는 건축용 황토판넬 제조방법.
