본 발명은 폴리에스터 필라멘트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 구체적으로는 기존의 연신장치를 다소 개조하여 사 제조시 2종의 폴리에스터 부분 미연신사의 사도를 달리하여 연신 및 열처리를 거쳐 합사한 후 이완열처리를 행하여 제조하는 방법으로 원사상태에서는 벌키성이 전혀 없으나, 제직 및 편직후 열처리, 염색 등의 공정을 거치면서 천연섬유와 같은 촉감 및 색상을 나타내는 특징이 있다.The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyester filament, and more specifically, after fabricating by slightly modifying the existing stretching apparatus, the yarns of two kinds of polyester partially undrawn yarns are stretched and heat-treated and then plyed together.
