2 종의 폴리에스터 멀티필라멘트 미연신사 A, B를 에어젯트 처리 후 연신과 동시에 가연시켜서 특수가공사를 제조함에 있어서 두가지 실로서 고배향 미연신사 A와 저배향 미연신사 B를 사용하되 실 A의 각 모노필라멘트의 복굴절율 △n을 40-80×10-3이 되게하고, 실 B의 각 모노필라멘트의 복굴절율 △n을 15-30×10-3이 되게함과 동시에 이들 실의 모노필라멘트의 섬도비율가 0.3-1.5가 되게하고 2종의 미연신사를 사용하여 이를 에어젯트 처리함으로써 10-50개/m의 교락을 부여시킨다음 벨트트위스팅 가연장치에 의하여 가연온도를 Tg+70℃ 이상 Tg+130℃ 미나이 되도록 연신과 동시에 가연함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 특수가공사의 제조방법.(상기에는 d는 모노필라멘트의 섬도이며, Tg는 폴리에스터의 글래스 전이온도임).Two kinds of yarns are used in the manufacture of special processing by burning two kinds of polyester multifilament unstretched yarns A and B at the same time as airjet treatment and stretching them.
