Abstract

본 발명은 염색성이 우수한 이염성 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것을, 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물에 있어서, 디카르본산 성분으로서 TPA를 95몰% 이상 함유하고, 디올성분으로서 EG를 92~85몰%, 1, 4-CHDM을 5~13몰% 및 BHPP를 2~10몰% 함유하는 중합물을 제조한 뒤 이를 방사하는 것이며, 섬유의 기계적 물서의 저하 없이 섭씨 100℃ 이하의 상온에서 염색이 가능하며 염색비용을 절약할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 울과 같은 천연섬유나 스판과 같은 고온에 약한 섬유와 혼서하여 직물의 손상없이 염색을 행할 수 있는 잇점이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 섬유를 구성하는 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물이 디카르본산 성분으로서 테레프탈산을 95몰% 이상 함유하고, 디올성분으로서 에틸렌글리콜을 92 내지 85몰%, 1, 4-사이클로헥산디메탄올을 5 내지 13몰%, 2, 2′-비스[4-(2-하이드록시-2-알킬에톡시)페닐]프로판을 2내지10몰% 함유토록 중합물을 제조한 뒤 이를 방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염색이 용이한 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.
