Abstract

본 발명에서는 4급 암모늄염 1.0∼6.0중량%, 아크릴계 수지 1.0∼4.0중량%, 하기 일반식(I)로 표현되는 변성 실리콘 0.01∼3중량% 및 상용화제 0.05∼1.0중량%를 용매(물 : 알코올=90 : 10∼60 : 40)에 첨가하고 교반하여 얻은 도포액을 종방향으로 1차 연신한 폴리에스테르 필름의 한면 또는 양면에 도포한 후 이를 횡방향으로 3∼5연신, 200∼250℃에서 열고정 및 50∼100℃에서 냉각하여 대전방지성 폴리에스테르 필름을 제조하였다.In the present invention, 1.0 to 6.0% by weight of the quaternary ammonium salt, 1.0 to 4.0% by weight of the acrylic resin, 0.01 to 3% by weight of the modified silicone represented by the following general formula (I) and 0.05 to 1.0% by weight of the compatibilizer are solvents (water: alcohol = 90:10 to 60:40), and the coating liquid obtained by stirring is applied to one or both sides of the polyester film primaryly stretched in the longitudinal direction, and then stretched 3 to 5 in the transverse direction at 200 to 250 ° C.
