Abstract
본 발명은 초-고순도의 유체 생성물을 제조하기 위한 방법에 관한 것으로서, 이 방법은 초-고순도 유체 생성물을 저온 분별 대역의 하부로 수집하는 단계; 제1리보일러에서 간접 열 교환에 의해 순도가 낮은 동일한 유체 생성물의 조성물 중 일부를 응축시킴으로써 상기 분별 대역을 재비등(reboil)시키는 단계; 및 고온류의 불순물이 섞인 유체와 간접 열교환시킴으로써 순도가 낮은 상기 조성물의 일부를 기화시키는 단계를 포함한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 중간의 리보일러(reboiler)와 하부의 리보일러를 구비한 저온 컬럼의 하부 부분도이다.
Claims (16)
- (a) 초-고순도(ultra-high purity) 유체 생성물을 저온 분별 대역의 하부에 수집하는 단계; (b) 제1리보일러에서 간접 열교환에 의해 순도가 낮은 동일한 유체 생성물의 조성물 중 일부를 응축시킴으로써 상기 분별 대역을 재비등시키는 단계: 및 (c) 고온류의 불순물이 섞인 유체와 간접 열교환시킴으로써 순도가 낮은 상기 조성물 중 일부를 기화시키는 단계를 포함하는 초-고순도 유체 생성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초-고순도 생성물이 산소이고, 순도가 낮은 조성물이 시판용 등급의 산소인 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 초-고순도 산소가 20ppb 미만의 불순물을 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 불순물이 섞인 유체가 질소인 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 분별 컬럼이 산소 정제 공정에서 산소와 아르곤의 혼합물로부터 아르곤을 분리하기 위한 아르곤 분별 컬럼인 제조 방법.
- (a) 불순물을 포함하는 액상 산소를 재1분별 중류 컬럼에 공급하는 단계: (b) 상기 제1컬럼에서 분별함으로써 산소보다 고온에서 비등하는 불순물을 분리하여 무거운(heavy) 불순물이 거의 없는 산소 오버헤드 스트림을 형성시키는 단개: (c) 상기 산소 오버헤드 스트림 중 적어도 일부를 제2저온 증류 컬럼에 공급하는 단계: (d) 상기 제2증류 컬럼의 하부에 있는 제1리보일러에서 간접 열교환에 의해 순도 등급이 낮은 산소 중 일부를 응축시켜 상기 제2증류 컬럼을 재비등시키는 단계: 밋 (e) 상기 순도가 낮은 유체중 일부를 고온류의 불순물이 섞인 유체와 간접 열교환시킴으로써 기화시키는 단계를 포함하는 초-고순도 산소 생성물의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 고온 스트림이 순환 질소인 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서 초-고순도 산소가 약 5 내지 약 10psig의 압력에서 산출되는 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 순도가 낮은 산소는 약 8 내지 약 20psig의 압력에서 상기 제1리보일러에서 응축시키는 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 순환 질소는 약 60 내지 약 110psig의 압력에서 상기 제2리보일러로 수송시키는 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 초-고순도 산소 생성물은 10ppb 미만의 불순물을 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 초-고순도 산소 생성물은 3ppb 미만의 불순물을 포함하는 제조 방법.
- (a) 하부에 제1리보일러를 갖는 분별 증류 컬럼: (b) 유체중 일부를 간접 열교환에 의해 기화시키는 제2리보일러 ; (c) 기화된 유체중 일부를 상기 제1리보일러로 수송시켜 상기 제1리보일러에서 상기 유제중 적어도 일부를 응축시키는 관 부재 : 및 (d) 불순물이 섞인 유체를 상기 제2리보일러로 수송시켜 상기 중간체 유체 중 일부를 기화시키기 위한 열을 제공하는 부재를 포함하는 저온 증류에 의한 초-고순도 유체 제조용 시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서, 액상의 산소 공급물 스트림에서 산소보다 비점이 높은 성분들을 분리하기 위한 헤비(heavy) 제거 증류 컬럼을 추가로 구비하고, 상기 분별 중류 컬럼은 상기 산호 오버헤드 스트림에서 아르곤을 분리하기 위한 아르곤 컬럼인 시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서. 압축된 질소를 제2리보일러로 수송하기 위한 관 부재 및 순환 질소 압축기를 추가로 구비하는 시스템.
- 제1리보일러를 갖는 저온 증류 컬럼의 하부에 수집된 초-고순도 유채의 제조 방법에 있어서, 고온의 불순물이 섞인 스트림을 제2리보일러로 수송시켜 순도가 낮은 유체중 일부를 기화시키고, 상기 제1리보일러에서 기화된 순도가 낮은 유제중 일부를 응축시켜 상기 증류 컬럼을 재비등시키고, 상기 증류 컬럼에서 배출된 10ppb 미만의 불순물을 함유하는 초-고순도 유체를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
