Abstract

본 발명은 이미 완성된 골조부로부터 돌출되어 설치된 돌출구조물의 직하부에 크레인으로 중량기자재를 효율적으로 운반하여 줄 수 있도록 하여주는 크레인 양중보조대에 관한 것으로 그 기술적 구성상의 특징은 전체적으로 크레인로프(700)에 양중될 수 있도록 연결하여 주는 로프연결부(100)와, 상기 로프연결부의 하부에 일체로 부착되며 그 내부에는 중량물체 (210)가 내장되어 전체적으로 무게균형을 유지하여 주는 틀체부(200)와, 상기 틀체부의 내측으로 수평하게 돌출되는 수평돌출부(300)와, 상기 수평돌출부의 끝부분에 고정되어 각종 기자재를 매달 수 있도록 하여주는 기자재행거부(400)로 구성되도록 하여, 상기 수평돌출부(300)가 돌출구 조물의 직하부 내측으로 진입되도록 하여 기자재를 돌출구조물의 직하부에 운반할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 전체적으로 크레인로프(700)에 양중될 수 있도록 연결하여 주는 로프연결부(100)와, 상기 로프연결부의 하부에 일체로 부착되며 그 내부에는 중량물체(210)가 내장되어 전체적인 무게균형을 유지하여 주는 틀체부 (200)와, 상기 틀체부의 내측으로 수평하게 돌출되는 수평돌출부(300)와, 상기 수평돌출부의 끝부분에 고정되어 각종 기자재를 매달 수 있도록 하여주는 기자재행거부(400)로 구성되도록 하여, 상기 수평돌출부(300)가 돌출구조물의 직하부 내측으로 진입되도록 하여 기자재를 돌출구조물의 직하부에 운반할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 크레인 양중보조대.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로프연결부(100)는 틀체부(200)외측 상단 좌우에 연결구멍 (101)이 뚫린 한쌍의 고정편(110)과, 상기 틀체부(200) 및 수평돌출부(300)의 상단 중심선에 일정한 간격마다 연결구멍(101)들이 뚫려지며 길이방향으로 세워져서 부착되는 일자형의 다공편(120)으로 구성되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 크레인 양중보조대.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 틀체부(200)는 그 내부에 체결봉(220)이 연결되도록 하여 중량물질(210)가 상기 체결봉에 끼워지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 크레인 양중보조대.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수평돌출부(300)의 내측하부에서 틀체부의 내측하부 좌,우측끝부분에까지 각각 경사지게 연결하여 주는 한 쌍의 지지보강대(310)가 부착되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 크레인 양중보조대.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기자재행거부(400)는 소정의 상하 길이를 조절할 수 있는 체인블록이 사용되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 크레인 양중보조대.
