Abstract

본 발명은 실질적으로 평탄한 내부 영역, 그 주변부 주위에 형성된 측벽 영역과 림영역을 갖는, 단일 판지 블랭크로 형성된 용기에 관한다. 측벽 영역은 평탄 내부 영역의 주변부로부터 상방 및 외방으로 벌어지는 대체로 환형인 영역과 이 환형 영역에 인접하고 이 환형 영역으로부터 외방 및 상방으로 경사지는 절두원추 영역을 갖는 제1절두원추 영역을 포함한다. 림영역은 제1절두 원추 영역의 외주에 인접하는 외방으로 벌어지는 아아크 환형 영역과 이 아아크 환형영역으로부터 실질직으로 접선방향으로 뻗어있는 제2절두 원추 영역을 포함한다. 상술한 용기를 제조하기 위한 판지재 제조중에, 판지재는 판지재의 3000ft2리임당 최소한 6파운드의 전분에 동량인 아교질 접착제가 침투되고 아교질 접착제는 안료 혹은 중량제를 포함하며, 중량제는 아교질 접착제의 65중량% 이하이다.

Claims (27)

  1. 실질적으로 평탄한 내부영역, 및 상기 평탄 내부 영역으로부터 최소한 상방으로 뻗어있는 직립 측벽 영역으로 구성되는, 판지 재료로부터 일체식으로 제조된 판지 용기로서, 상기 판지재에는 미리 측정된 양의 아교질 접착제 (sizing adhesive)가 침투되고, 상기 아교질 접착제는 중량제를 포함하며, 상기 중량재는 아교질 접착제의 약 65중량% 이하인 판지 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측벽 영역은 상기 평탄 내부 영역의 주변부로부터 상방 및 외방으로 벌어지고, 외방으로 벌어지는 림영역에 인접하며, 복수개의 실질적으로 방사상으로 뻗어있는 주름부가 상기 측벽 및 상기 림영역내에서 형성되어 이를 통과하면서 뻗어 있으며 상기 아교질 접착제의 양온 상기 주름부들이 함께 결합하여 상기 측벽과 상기 림영역내에서 주름부가 개방되지 않도록 하기에 충분한 양이며, 상기 용기는 동일 조성 및 기하학적 구성을 갖는 주름부 없는 용기와 동일한 강성과 강도를 나타내는 판지 용기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중량제가 아교질 접착제의 약 50% 이하인 판지 용기.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 미리 측정된 아교질 접착재의 양이 판재재의 3000ft2리임당 전분 약 6파운드(평방 미터당 10그램)와 최소한 동량인 판지 용기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 미리 측정된 아교질 접찬제의 양이 3000ft2리임당 전분 9~12파운드(평방 미터당 13∼35그램)인 판지 용기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 미리 측정된 아교질 접착제의 양이 3000ft2리임당 전분 약 13파운드(평방 미터당 약 20그램)인 판지 용기.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 중량제가 합성, 무기 및 유기 중량제 중 하나 이상으로부터 선택되는 판지 용기.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 중량제가 점토를 포함하는 판지 용기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 중량제가 고령통(kaolin clay)인 판지 용기.
  10. 판지 재료를 준비하는 단계, 상기 판지 재료를 중랑제를 포함하는 아교질 접착제로 처리하는 단계로서, 상기 중량제는 상기 아교질 접착제의 약 65% 이하인 단계, 상기 판지 재료를 판지 용기로 제조하는 단계로 구성되는 판지 용기 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 중량제가 상기 아교질 접착제의 약 50% 이하인 판지 용기 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 미리 측정된 아교질 접착제의 양이 판지재의 3000ft2리임당 전분 약 6파운드(평방 미터당 10그램)와 최소한 동량인 판지 용기 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 미리 측정된 아교질 접착제의 양이 3000ft2리임당 전분 9~12파운드(평방 미터당 15~35그램)인 판지 용기 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 미리 측정된 아교질 접착제의 양이 3000ft2리임당 전분 약 13파운드(평방 미터당 약 20그램)인 판지 용기 제조방법.
  15. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 중량제가 합성 무기 및 유기 중량제 중 하나 이상으로부터 선택되는 판지 용기 제조방법.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 중량제가 점토를 포함하는 판지 용기 제조방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 중량제가 고령토인 판지 용기 제조방법.
  18. 실질적으로 평탄한 내부 영역, 및 상기 평탄 내부 영역으로부터 최소한 상방으로 뻗어있는 직립 측벽영역으로 구성되는, 판지 재료로부터 일체식으로 제조된 판지 용기로서, 상기 판지제는 미리 측정된 양의 아교질 접착제가 침투되고, 상기 아교질 접착제는 고령토를 포함하는 판지 용기.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 중량제가 상기 아교질 접착제의 약 65% 이하인 판지 용기.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 중량제가 상기 아교질 접착제의 약 50% 이하인 판지 용기.
  21. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 아교질 접착제의 미리 측정된 양이 판지재의 3000ft2리임당 전분 6파운드(평방 미터당 10그램)와 최소한 동량인 판지 용기.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 아교질 접착제의 미리 측정된 양이 3000ft2리임당 전분 9~20파온드(평방 미터당 13∼35그램)인 판지 용기.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 미리 측정된 아교질 접착제의 양이 3000ft2리임당 전분 약 13파운드(평방 미터당 약 20그램)인 판지 용기.
  24. 제1항 또는 재18항에 있어서, 상기 중량재가 상기 아교질 접착제의 10중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 판지 용기.
  25. 판지가 자체적으로 접어지는 하나 이상의 주름 영역을 갖는 조형된 판지 용기로서, 최소한 상기 주름 영역에 20 내지 70중량%의 중량제가 포함된 접착제로 구성되는 경화제가 평방 미터당 10그램 이상의 양으로 침투되고 프레스된 조형된 판지 용기.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 접착제가 전분을 포함하는 조형된 판지 용기.
  27. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 중량제가 점토를 포함하는 조형된 판지 용기.
