Abstract
본 발명은 선박을 운항하는 중에 발생하는 선박의 엔진 및 프로펠러등의 추진기관에 의해 발생되는 선체 구조물의 진동을 제거하기 위한 방법과 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 선체에서 발생한 진동과 반대되는 위상의 진동을 발생시켜 선체구조의 진동을 감쇄시켜 제거하는 원리로 기진력 발생장치 (이하 "가진기"라 함)와 가속도계등을 이용하여 가진기의 제어위상 변화에 따른 선체구조물의 진동 크기 및 위상변화로부터 진동상쇄를 위한 가진기의 최적 제어위상을 결정하고 이를 구동, 유지하여 선체구조의 진동을 제거하는 선박용 진동제어 방법과 장치로서, 전기신호를 증폭시키는 신호증폭기와 이 신호를 읽는 아날로그/디지탈 신호변환기와 디지탈신호를 읽는 디지탈 입력기판, 입력된 신호를 인지하여 가진기 제어에 필요한 물리량을 연산하는 중앙연산처리장치와 가진기에 제어명령을 전달하는 통신구와 디지탈/아날로그 신호변환기로 구성된 제어부를 가지고 제어대상 구조물의 진동감지기 즉 가속도계의 전기신호를 신호증폭기로 증폭시키고 선박추진기관의 위상센서와 가진기의 기진력 위상센서의 디지탈신호를 입력기판으로 입력시켜 중앙연산처리장치와 통신구로 가진기에 제어 명령을 하는 것이다.The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for removing vibration of a hull structure generated by a propulsion engine such as an engine and a propeller of a ship generated while operating a ship, and more particularly, to the contrary to the vibration generated in the hull It is a principle that attenuates and eliminates vibration of hull structure by generating phase vibration.
