Abstract
본 발명은 자동차의 앞바퀴가 조향핸들의 조작각도에 따라 일정한 가도로 조향되어지도록 한 휠바란스제어장치에 관한 것으로, 조향핸들(1)에 조향핸들(1)의 조향각도 검출용 각도센서 (3)가 설치되고, 상기 조향핸들(1)와 바퀴를 연결동작시키는 타이로드를 직접적으로 작동시키는 파일실린더 (4)의 양쪽체임버 (5,6)에 압력센서(7,8)가 각각 설치되어 있으며, 상기 파워실린더 (4)에 연결된 유로(9, 10)에 솔레노이드(11)에 의해 작동되는 절환밸브(12)가 설치되어 있는 한편, 상기 압력센서 (7,8)가 비교기 (13)와 전기적으로 연결되고, 이 비교기(13)와 상기 각도센서 (3)가 마이크로 프로세서 (14)와 연결되며, 이 마이크로 프로세서 (14)가 상기 절환밸브(12)외 솔레노이드(11)가 연결된 구조로 이루어져, 주행중에 조향핸들(1)의 조향각도와 동력실린더 (4)의 압력을 체크하여 이 동력실린더 (4)의 압력을 보충해 주므로써, 자동적으로 휠바란스가 교정되어지게 하도록 한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
