Abstract
본 발명은 한번에 2개의 대형 관체를 동시에 협지한 후 회전이송시켜 관체 전체를 코팅액속에 침적시키므로서 코팅능률을 향상시키고 균일한 두께의 코팅이 가능토록한 2개의 대직경 관체에의 동시코팅장치를 제공하는데 있으며 이를 위해 코팅시킬 관체를 지지토록 바닥에 설치되는 1쌍의 지지레일과; 상기 지지레일의 끝단에 실린더 작동에 의해 회동하는 구조로 설치되며 그의 상부에 놓여지는 관체를 상기 지지레일의 전방으로 이송시키는 스윙암과; 상기 지지레인 상부에 놓여진 관체를 2개씩 협지하여 자체구동수단에 의해 상기 협지된 관체를 회전시키면서 공중에 가설된 이송레일을 따라 축방향으로 이송시킴과 아울러 상기 관체를 상승 또는 하강시키는 관체이송장치와; 상기 지지레일의 전방바닥으로 상기 이송레일 사이를 가로질러 놓여지며 관체에의 수직액 코팅에 앞서 전처리로 도포되는 접착제를 수용하고 있는 함체로서 상기 관체를 침적시키기 위한 접착제통과; 상기 접착제통 전방으로 설치되며 그의 상부로부터 하강되는 관체를 수용하여 수지액을 코팅시키는 수지액 저장통과; 상기 수지액 저장통 전방에 설치되며 하강된 관체 양측으로부터 냉각수를 분사하는 냉각장치와; 상기 냉각장치 전방에 설치되며 수지 코팅층을 보호하기 위하여 도포하는 보호용제를 수용하는 보호용제 수용통과; 및 상기 보호용제 수용통 전방에 코팅작업이 끝난 관체를 배출시키기 위해 상기 이송레일의 안쪽으로부터 바깥으로 연장되도록 설치되는 배출레일;과로 구성되어 있다.The present invention provides a simultaneous coating apparatus for two large-diameter tubular body to improve the coating efficiency and to enable coating of uniform thickness by depositing two large tubular tubes at the same time and then rotating and depositing the entire tube in the coating liquid.
