The purpose of 2 is to detect tunnels of any shape, regardless of the shape of the tunnel, especially the shape of the tunnel side walls (some are straight, some are curved, and the curve ratio may differ depending on the tunnel). The third purpose is to provide a device that can be used even in tunnels, and the third purpose is to provide a device that can be used even in tunnels.
It is difficult to drive a work vehicle while maintaining a constant distance from the tunnel side wall, so even if the worker moves slightly to the left or right, or if the wall to be painted is uneven, the coating roller will not move away from the tunnel wall. It is an object of the present invention to provide a device that does not cause problems such as separation.

In the figure, 1 is a work vehicle that can travel on roads, and 2 is a straight line that is set on the work vehicle 1 so as to face the wall surface A to be painted on the inner wall surface of the tunnel (the illustrated example shows the case of a tunnel side wall surface). In this embodiment, the main body frame 2 is supported by the vehicle body 10 via a swing lift mechanism 3, as shown in FIG. 1, so that the tunnel ceiling can be set as the wall to be painted. However, it may be of a set structure that is fixed to the side of the vehicle body 10 facing the wall surface A to be painted. 4 is a rail holder 6 attached to one end of the main body frame 2 (upper end in FIGS. 1 and 2) via a rotation link 5;
is a rail holder attached to the other end of the main body frame 2 (lower end in FIGS. 1 and 2) via a bracket so as to be rotatable about a pin 7, and both rail holders 4 and 6 correspond to the shape of the wall surface A to be painted in the tunnel.
Both ends of a guide rail 8 made of a leaf spring are attached, which can be curved into an arc as shown in the figure or extended straight as shown in FIG. Reference numeral 9 denotes a threaded rod serving as a leaf spring rail bending/extending mechanism for bending and extending the guide rail 8. This is a screw rod 12 attached to the longitudinally intermediate portion of the main body frame 2 so as to rotate around a pin 11. As shown in FIG. 3, the rod end operating portion 9a is screwed into the rod end as shown in FIG. 3, and by turning the rod end operating portion 9a with a rotating jig, it can be moved forward and backward. Note that a bracket 13 is fixed to a longitudinally intermediate portion of the guide rail 8;
A threaded rod rotation holder 15 that rotates around a pin 14 is attached to this bracket 13, and the distal end head portion 9b of the threaded rod 9 is engaged with this threaded rod rotation holder 15 as shown in FIG. . Therefore, when this threaded rod 9 is rotated, its forward movement pushes the middle part of the rail 8, and the rail 8
can be curved into an arc shape as shown in Figure 1,
Further, by moving the threaded rod 9 backward, the curved rail 8 can be pulled rearward and extended straight as shown in FIG. In this case, the change in the length of the rail 8 due to its bending and elongation is absorbed by the rotary link 5 at the end of the main frame 2 rotating outward from the state shown in FIG. 1 to the state shown in FIG. can do. Note that the threaded rods 9 can be additionally provided at the positions indicated by imaginary lines b, c, d, and e shown in FIG. Reference numeral 16 denotes a running cart mounted on the guide rail 8, which is equipped with a total of eight running wheels 16a, four on each side that clamps both side edges of the rail 8 as shown in FIG.
By driving it, it is reciprocated in the vertical direction at a constant speed (for example, a speed of 1000 m/h) using the rail 8 as a guide. The drive device for this truck 16 is generally designated by the reference numeral 47, and includes a hydraulic motor 18 installed on the rail main holder 4, a sprocket 19 rotationally driven by the motor,
Sprocket 20 pivotally supported by rail holder 6
and a chain 17 which is hung between the drive and driven sprockets 19 and 20 and whose both ends are fixed to the movable cart 16.The part of the chain 17 that goes around the back side of the rail is Chain guide rollers 21 and 22 arranged on the back side of the rail 8 as shown in FIG.
Three guide wheels 24 to 26 of the take-up device 23
1, 2, 4, and 5. The take-up device 23 is a chain 1 related to the curvature and extension of the guide rail 8.
7, and includes two fixed guide rings 24 and 26 and a movable guide ring 25 in the middle supported by bearing bodies 29 and 30 that are moved by the rotation of screw shafts 27 and 28. (as shown in Figures 5 and 6).

It is attached as a shaft so that it can rotate freely in the direction of carriage movement. The paint rollers 31 and 32 are porous rollers that direct the paint discharged from holes (not shown) of the paint discharge pipe 35 to the outer peripheral surface of the rollers, and are pressed against the wall surface A to be painted in the tunnel. By rolling the roller, the wall surface A is painted with the roller. The paint is supplied to the paint rollers 31 and 32 by pumping the paint in a paint tank 36 mounted on the work vehicle 1 with a pump 37. It is connected to the paint discharge pipe 35 through air-operated on-off valves 39a and 39b attached to the stand 34, as shown in FIG.

b, 41a, and 41b, and the movable base 34 is movable telescopically under the sliding guidance of a square pipe 42 erected on the traveling carriage 16 and a guide shaft 43 fixed to the movable telescopic base 34. I support it. The maximum extension limit of the pantographs 40, 41 is determined by the guide shaft 43 at the tip of the elongated hole 42a of the square pipe 42.
The shaft end stopper 43a is brought into contact with the shaft end stopper 43a as shown in FIG.

1 and 32, the movable cart 16 is reciprocated in the vertical direction at a constant speed, for example, 1000 m/h, and the work vehicle 1 is moved at a low speed, for example, along the tunnel side wall surface (wall surface A to be painted). By running at a speed of 200 to 300 m/h, the rollers 31,
The paint drawn out onto the outer peripheral surface of 32 can be applied to the wall surface A to be painted by the rolling of the roller on the wall surface, and the wall surface A can be sequentially and continuously coated with the roller. Further, when the apparatus of the present invention is installed on the side facing the tunnel ceiling surface, roller coating can be easily performed with the tunnel ceiling surface as the wall surface A to be coated.

It is also possible to adopt a bending and stretching mechanism in which the guide rail 8 made of a leaf spring is bent and extended by providing a frame sliding tube and moving the frame sliding tube in the axial direction by rotating a threaded rod. Further, the drive device 47 of the movable cart 16 may also be a traction type drive device using a wire rope or the like instead of the chain 17.
