Abstract
본 발명은 가공쌀 제조방법에 관한 것이며 좀더 구체적으로 재배된 벼를 1분도로 가공한 것과 보리쌀, 찹쌀, 콩을 분쇄하여 반죽한 후 보통의 쌀과 유사한 모양으로 만들어 주식으로 먹을 수 있게 함으로서 영양가가 골고루 갖추어진 쌀을 제공코자 한 것으로, 우선 전 중량을 기준으로 1분도 현미 70%, 보리쌀 10%, 찹쌀 10%, 콩 10%를 깨끗이 세척하고 건조한 후 분쇄하고 또 교반기에 넣어 물과 함께 믹서하여 반죽을 만들어 형틀기에 넣어서 쌀과 유사한 모양으로 만들어서 건조하고 포장한 것으로 대량생산으로 시판할 수 있어 구입이 손쉽고 밥을 지을시 영양소가 골고루 포함되어 있어 국민건강에 이바지 할 수 있는 발명이다.The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing processed rice, and more specifically, processed rice in one minute and barley rice, glutinous rice, soybean pulverized and then made into a shape similar to ordinary rice so that it can be eaten as a stock nutritional value To provide evenly prepared rice, first clean 70% of brown rice, 10% of barley rice, 10% of glutinous rice, and 10% of soybeans, clean, dry, grind and mix with water.
