Abstract

본 발명은, 애널로그변조 및 디지탈변조의 양방식에 의해 동작가능한 셀룰라 전화기를 포함한 이동무선통신 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 단일의 전력증폭회로를 애널로그변조, 디지탈변조의 양방식으로 겸용하고, 또한 애널로그변조방식의 경우의 높은 부가효율과 디지탈변조방식의 경우의 낮은 인접채널누설전력을 동시에 실현할수 있는 무선전화송신기용전력증폭기를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 애널로그변조액세스방식으로서 FDMA 방식을, 디지탈변조액세스방식으로서 CDMA 방식을 각각 채용한 듀얼모드방식의 무선 전화송신기에 있어서, 전력증폭회로(5)에 인가하는 직류전원전압 Vdd를 각 변조방식에 따라 2종류의 전압으로 강압변환함으로써, 전력증폭회로(5)의 입출력특성을 제어한다. 그 때문에, 마이크로프로세서(3)는, FDMA 방식의 경우에는 4.6V가, CDMA 방식의 경우에는 5.0V가 각각 Vdd로서 전력증폭회로(5)에 인가되도록, 정전원(1)에 접속된 레귤레이터(2)의 동작을 제어한다. 전력증폭회로(5)의 직류바이어스전압 Vgg는 -3.5V로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 애널로그변조방식과 디지탈변조방식과의 양쪽에 의해 동작가능한 무선전화송신기를 위한 전력증폭기로서, 직류전압원과 상기 직류전압원의 전압을 강압해서 고저2종류의 전압변환을 행하기 위한 레귤레이터로 이루어진 직류가변전압회로와, 상기 각 방식에 따라서 상기 직류가변전압회로의 직류전원전압을 결정하기 위한 제어회로와, 상기 직류가변전압회로로부터 직류전원전압을 사용해서 무선주파신호를 증폭하기 위한 단일의 전력증폭회로를 구비하고, 디지탈변조방식 동작시에 상기 전력증폭회로에 인가되는 직류전원전압이 애널로그 변조방식 동작시에 비해서 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 무선전화송신기용의 전력증폭기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 애널로그변조방식에 사용하는 액세스방식으로서 주파수분할다윈 액세스방식(FDMA)을, 디지탈변조방식에 사용하는 액세스방식으로서 부호분할다윈액세스방식(CDMA)을 각각 채용한 것을 특징으로 하는 무선전화송신기용의 전력증폭기.
