Abstract
The non-drawn yarn of which spinning speed is 1000-1200m/min has the dual reflection rate of 5*10(-3)-7*10(-3), showing a low orientation. In case of the thick cloth processing, by the alkali crimp, a problem occurs in the dropped fiber strength, and the work efficiency. Therefore, the spinning speed is adjusted to 2000m-2200m/min and the undrawn yarn with the reflection rate of 22*10(-3)-25*10(-3) is used. In case the air pressure less than 3kg/cm2 is used interlacing effect is weak, but in case the air pressure over 7kg/cm2 is used the drawn yarn may be cut, therefore, 3-7kg/cm2 air pressure is used between the feeding roller(4) and the preliminary tension roller(6) and the interlacing device(5).
