Abstract
The overfeed roll(OFR)(2) is installed between the final godet roll(1) and the winder(4) to interrupt the yarn tension working on the winder(4) at the over feed roll(2), the interlacer(3) is installed between the overfeed roll(OFR)(2) and the final godet roll(1) is arranged to interlace the fiber. With this, the yarn tension between the final godet roll(1) and the over feed roll(2) is reduced so, interlacing is conducted even if the air pressure ejected is low, the moth and cutting is prevented with an improved quality.
