본 발명은 신호마다 송신거리가 달라지는 휴대폰에 사용되는 전력증폭회로(13)에 있어서 출력이 안정되도록 제어하는 자동이득조절에 관한 것으로, 자동이득조절회로(14)가 전력증폭회로(13)의 출력신호(S2)를 송신에 필요한 최소한의 기준파워레벨값에 비교하여, 전력증폭회로(13)의 바이어스 전원(Vgg)을 조정하는, 그리고 그 조정된 바이어스 전원에 의해 전력증폭기회로(13)의 효율과 출력신호의 안정성을 동시에 만족시키도록 구성된 자동이득제어되는 전력증폭기회로(13)에 관한것이다.The present invention relates to an automatic gain control for controlling the output to be stable in the power amplifier circuit 13 used in a mobile phone whose transmission distance varies for each signal.
