Abstract

본 발명의 패키지중계단자는, 기록패키지에 내장된 전기회로의 외부접속단자와 전기적 도통을 할 뿐만 아니라, 녹음, 재생시에, 기록재생기기 내에서의 기록패키지의 승강의 안내와 위치결정을 하고, 기록 패키지의 정위치를 확실하레 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 때문에, 본 발명의 패키지중계단자는, 기록패키지의 외부접속단자와 상대하는 단자벽에, 대응하는 수의 「L」자 형상인 단자편을 줄지어서 설치하고, 상기한 단자벽에 기대와 안내벽을 설치한다.

제2도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 있어서의 패키지중계단자의 사시도이다, 제5도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 있어서의 패키지중계단자의 사시도이다, 제8도는 본 발명의 제3실시예에 있어서의 패키지중계단자의 사시도이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 자기적 혹은 광학적으로 기록재생할 수 있는 기록매체와 전기회로를 보유한 기록패키지를 기록 및 재생하는 기록재생기기에 사용되고, 상기한 전기회로와 다른회로와의 접속의 중계를 하기 위한 패키지중계단자에 있어서, 단자본체가 기록패키지의 전기회로의 외부접속단자와 도통하는 도전성을 보유하고, 적어도 2개 이상의 단자편과, 이들의 단자편을 설치한 단자벽과, 이 단자벽의 하단가장자리로부터 직각으로 돌출한 기대와, 상기한 단자벽과 기대의 끝가장자리에 배치된 안내벽 등으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지중계단자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기대에 스위치를 설치하고, 이 스위치의 스위치핀의 선단부의 기대로부터 돌출하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지중계단자.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단자편이 「L」자형상으로 굴곡된 형상으로, 단자벽에 이들의 단자편이 기대와 평행하게 병설되며, 이들의 단자편중에서 1개의 주단자편의 굴곡위치가 다른 단자편의 굴곡위치보다 기대로부터 먼 위치에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지중계단자.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 주단자편은 기록패키지의 외부접속단자와의 접촉면적이 나머지의 단자편보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지중계단자.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 주단자편과, 기대에 설치된 스위치의 한쪽의 신호단자가 도통하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지중계단자.
  6. 제1항~제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기록재생기기의 샷시에 설치되어서 기록패키지의 위치결정을 하는 돌기가 결합되는, 적어도 1개 이상의 유지구멍이 기대 또는 기대에 설치된 위치결정부에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지중계단자.
  7. 제1항~제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기록패키지 밑면의 적어도 1개 이상의 위치결정구멍으로 삽입하기 위한, 적어도 1개 이상의 돌기를 기대에 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지중계단자.
  8. 제1항~제3항, 제6항, 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 패키지중계단자가 기록재생기의 샷시에 장착되었을때, 샷시의 밑면과 기대의 밑면이 대략 동일평면으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지중계단자.
