Abstract

본 발명은 냉장고의 제상수배수관에 관한 것으로, 제수배수관 하단부에 기압 및 수압에 의해 상승 또는 하강 동작되는 피스톤밸브와 제상수가 임시 저장되는 보조배수관을 설치하여, 제상히터에 의해 생긴 제상수가 배수처리 되면서 외부 온도차로 인해 하단부에 빙결이 생기거나 냉동실도어 개폐시에 순간적으로 기계실의 온기가 차가운 냉동실 내부로 역류되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하며, 그 기술적인 수단으로써, 하단부가 상광하협으로 경사지고 그 하단중앙에는 배수구가 관통된 제상수배수관과, 제상수배수관 하부적소에 상측이 끼움결합되고 하단부가 상광하협으로 경사지면서 그 하단중앙에는 배수구를 형성한 보조배수관과, 상측에 상광하협의 머리부와 하측에 직사각형의 꼬리부를 형성한 피스톤밸브를 구비하여서, 상기 제상수배수관 하단내측에 머리부가 위치하고 보조재수관 하단외측에 꼬리부가 위치하게끔 구성시켜, 냉장고도어 개폐동작시에는 피스톤밸브의 꼬리부가 상승하여 보조재수관의 배수구를 밀폐하여 기계실의 온기가 냉동실로 역류되는 것을 막고, 반대로 평상시에는 피스톤밸브의 머리부가 하강하여 보조배수관의 배수구를 통해 증발명수대로 제상수가 자연스럽게 배수되도록 한다.The present invention relates to a defrosting drainage pipe of a refrigerator, by installing a piston valve which is operated up or down by air pressure and water pressure and an auxiliary drainage pipe in which defrost water is temporarily stored at the lower end of the drainage drainage pipe, and the defrosting water generated by the defrost heater is drained.
