본 고안은 냉장고에 있어서 제상수를 처리하기 위하여 사용되는 드레인 호스를 통해 열기(더운공기)나 곤충 또는 먼지등이 유입되는 것을 방지하기 위한 것이다.The present invention is to prevent the entry of heat (hot air) or insects or dust through the drain hose used to treat the defrost water in the refrigerator.
현재 냉장고에 사용되는 드레인호스는 냉장고내부의 증발기의 밑판에 형성된 드레인홈에 연결하고, 그 끝단을 관통시켜 냉장고 하측의 증발접시내에 위치하도록 설치되며 증발기의 재상시 발생되는 제상수는 상기 드레인호스를 통하여 증발접시로 유입되어 증발되며 제상수가 흐르지 않을때에는 냉장고 외부의 열기가 드레인호스를 따라 냉장고 내부로 들어가서 냉장고의 냉각효율을 저하시키는 문제점이 있으며 이러한 점을 감안하여 드레인호스의 끝단에 마개를 삽입하였으나 제상수의 유출시 일부온기가 유입되어 그 효과가 미미한 단점이 있었다.The drain hose currently used in the refrigerator is connected to the drain groove formed in the bottom plate of the evaporator inside the refrigerator, and is installed to penetrate the end of the drain hose in the evaporation plate at the bottom of the refrigerator.
