본 고안은 앰프에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 스피커가 부착된 스피커 판넬과 인쇄회로기판이 부착된 스위치 판넬이 내장된 앰프 케이스(amp case)즉 앰프 박스(amp box)에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an amplifier, and more particularly, to an amplifier case (amp box) with a built-in speaker panel with a speaker and a switch panel with a printed circuit board.
이제까지 사용되고 있는 앰프 박스는 목재 또는 잘게 분쇄된 나무입자를 가압성형한 합성 목재를 사용하여 제조되어 왔다. 즉 종래의 앰프 박스는 판재 형태로 가공된 목재를 4각형의 형태로 조립하여 그 내부에 스피커가 부착된 스피커 판넬과 인쇄회로기판이 부착된 스위치 판넬을 장착할 수 있는 구조를 갖는다. 종래의 앰프박스는 판재 형태의 목재를 사용하기 때문에 앰프 박스의 어느 한면을 구성하기 위하여 여러개의 목재가 사용되기도 하였다. 또한 인접하는 면의 목재를 고정시키기 위하여 모서리 부분에서 장석과 볼트와 같은 결합수단을 이용하여 왔다. 예를 들어 앰프 박스의 윗면과 측면을 조립하기 위하여 그 모서리부에 적합한 장석을 사용하고 그 장석과 목재를 볼트로써 고정시켜 왔다.The amplifier boxes used so far have been manufactured using wood or synthetic wood press-molded with finely crushed wood particles. 이러한 종래의 앰프 박스는 다음과 같은 많은 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 첫째, 복수개의 판상의 목재로 이루어진 모든 앰프 박스 면을 서로 인접하는 모서리에서 장석과 볼트를 사용하여 조립하여야 하기 때문에 많은 인건비의 상승을 초래하고 나아가 작엽효율 및 생산성에 지장을 초래하고 있다. 둘째, 앰프의 크기에 따라 판상의 목재를 재단하여 절단하여야 하기 때문에 제품을 규격화하기가 용이하지 않았다. 셋째, 앰프박스의 인접하는 면이 그 모서리에서 장석과 볼트를 사용하여 조립되고 또한 하나의 면도 여러개의 판상의 목재로 구성되기 때문에 완전한 방수효과를 얻기가 어려운 실정이다. 예를 들어 야외에서 앰프를 사용하는 경우에 우천시 등을 고려하여 완전한 방수효과가 기대되고 있다. 넷째, 앰프 박스의 인접하는 면이 그 모서리에서 장석과 볼트만을 사용하여 조립되기 때문에 외부의 충격으로부터 보호될 수 있는 충분한 견고성 내지 내구성을 갖지 못하고 있다.Such a conventional amplifier box has many problems as follows.
