본 고안은 일반적으로 목재로 제작되는 화물운송용팔레트 대용으로 농촌의 토양오염원으로 지적되고 있는 염화비닐계폐비닐등을 수거해 재활용한 합성수지제팔레트의 구조에 관한 것이다.종전에 제작되는 목재팔레트는 내구성이 좋지만,취급상 파손이 잦아 제품의 감가삼각비가 다대하여 물류비의 구성이 높았다. 최근 골판지로 내부강도를 보완하여 구성한 화물운송용팔레트가 개발된 적도 있지만,내화력이 약하고,빗물등에 취약하다는 단점이 지적되는 한편,사출성형 공법의 경질 플라스틱제팔레트 역시 내구성이나 취급성이 양호하나 제조원가가 다대하고 제품의 접합성이 불량하다. 이에 본 고안은 농촌에서 수거된 폐비닐수지등의 재생원료를 활용해 화물운송용팔레트의 내부구조의 개선에 관한 것으로 상면 살두께 4㎜로 너비 60㎜의 철(凸)면인 팔레트면판(101;101')과 골너비 32㎜인 요(凹)면인 팔레트골(102)이 반복형성되며,상기의 팔레트골(102;102')에 두께 10㎜의 보강살(103;103')을 일정간격으로 각 형성되는 요철판넬 저면에 높이 60㎜,간격 30㎜ 살두께15㎜인 팔레트받침대(104;104')가 일체로 형성해 팔레트받침대(104;104')끼리 열융착 접합 구성함을 특징으로 하는 화물운송용폐비닐제팔레트구조.The present invention relates to a structure of a synthetic resin pallet that is collected and recycled, such as vinyl chloride-based vinyl, which has been pointed out as a soil pollution source in rural areas, instead of a cargo transport pallet made of wood.
