Abstract
본 발명은 온수(유체)를 강제 순환시킬 수 있도록 된 온수순환펌프에 관한 것으로서, 모터하우징(30)의 고정자(31)에 전원이 입력되면 샤프트(40)에 축착된 회전자(32)가 그 샤프트(40)와 함께 회전되고, 그 샤프트(40)의 상측에 축착된 임펠러(25)가 모터앤드 쉴드(26)에 의해 분할된 펌프하우징(21)의 임펠러실(24)에서 회전하면서 온수를 강제 순환시키도록 된 것에 있어서, 샤프트(40)가 축설되는 임펠러(25)의 내측저면 중앙에 유입실(25-2)이 구비되도록 만곡형의 돌부(25-3)를 형성하고 그 돌부(25-1)에 복수개의 배출공(25-2)을 등간격으로 통공하는 것과, 사프트가(40)가 축삽되는 모터앤드쉴드(26)에 복수개의 유통공(27)을 통공하는 것과, 상측 베어링(33)이 삽설되는 샤프트(40)의 상측 표면부에 3개의 환상요홈(41)을 각각 요설하되, 상기 환상요홈(41)은 상측 베어링(33)의 상면과 일치되고 그 중앙에 그리고 하단의 아래쪽에 형성하는 것과, 하측베어링(34)의 삽설되는 샤프트(40)의 하측에는 상단선행부가 하측베어링과 일치되도록 나선형유입공(42)을 요설하는 것과, 상기 샤프트(40)의 중앙에 길이 방향으로 상광하협의 안내관로(43)을 통공하여 임펠러(25)의 유입실(25-2)과 베어링홀더(37)의 공간부(36)를 연통 시키되 상단에 요홈(44)을 요설하여 세라믹 볼(45)을 안치시켜서 된 것인바 온수를 강제순환시켜 냉각효과를 향상시키고, 샤프트와 베어링 사이에 수막이 형성되도록 하여 마찰력을 주어 회전력을 향상시키며, 스테이터캔의 내부에 유입된 온수에 함침된 이물질을 강제 배출시키므로 샤프트와 회전자가 고형화되는 것을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 정지시에는 볼이 안내관로를 폐쇄시키므로 온수의 유출없이 용이하게 수리할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a hot water circulation pump capable of forcibly circulating hot water (fluid), and when a power is input to the stator 31 of the motor housing 30, the rotor 32 which is condensed to the shaft 40 is the same.
