본 발명은 온수(유체)를 강제 순환시킬 수 있도록 된 온수순환펌프에 관한 것으로서, 모터하우징(30)의 고정자(31)에 전원이 입력되면 샤프트(40)에 축착된 회전자(32)가 그 샤프트(40)와 함께 회전되고, 그 샤프트(40)의 상측에 축착된 임펠러(25)가 모터앤드쉴드(26)에 의해 분할된 펌프하우징(21)의 임펠러실(24)에서 회전하면서 온수를 강제 순환시키도록 된 것에 있어서, 샤프트(40)가 축설되는 임펠러(25)의 내측저면 중앙에 유입실(25-2)이 구비되도록 만곡형의 돌부(25-1)를 형성하고 그 돌부(25-1)에 복수개의 배출공(25-2)을 등간격으로 통공하는 것과, 샤프트(40)가 축삽되는 모터캔드쉴드(26)에 복수개의 유통공(27)을 통공하는 것과, 상측베어링(33)과 하측베어링(34)이 삽설되는 샤프트(40)의 상하측 표면부에 복수개의 환상요홈(41)과 나선형유입공(42)을 각각 요설하는 것과, 상기 샤프트(40)의 중앙에 길이 방향으로 상광하협의 안내관로(43)를 통공하여 임펠러(25)의 유입실(25-2)과 베어링홀더(37)의 공간부(36)를 연통시켜서 된 것인 바 온수를 강제순환시켜 냉각효과를 향상시키고, 샤프트와 베어링 사이에 수막이 형성되도록 하여 마찰력을 주어 회전력을 향상시키며, 스테이터캔의 내부에 유입된 온수에 함침된 이물질을 강제 배출시키므로 샤프트와 회전자가 고형화되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a hot water circulation pump capable of forcibly circulating hot water (fluid), and when a power is input to the stator 31 of the motor housing 30, the rotor 32 which is condensed to the shaft 40 is the same.
