Abstract
본 발명은 수개를 한조로 하는 앵커볼트 상호간을 설정된 위치에 맞추어 정밀하게 설치할 수 있도록 하여 주면서도, 앵커볼트 설치작업의 여건을 개선하여 주도록한 구조물의 앵커볼트 설치용 기준틀 및 그를 이용한 앵커볼트의 설치방법에 관한 것으로 본 발명의 기술적 구성상의 특징은; 일정 폭으로 수평하게 배열되는 한쌍의 가로판들과 세로판들로서 중앙에개구부를 가지도록 틀체부를 형성하되, 그 개구부를 기준으로 상호 대향되는 가로판의 일정위치에 수개의 통공을 각기 형성하고, 상기 가로판의 하단에 횡방향으로 연장 결착되는 받침앵글들로서 틀체부 전체가 좌우 이동가능하도록 구성하여서, 상기 틀체부의 통공을 통하여 끼워지는 각각의 앵커볼트 상호간을 맞추어서 정밀하게 설치할 수 있도록 한 구조물의 앵커볼트 설치용 기준틀 및; a) 기준틀 수평위치 설정단게와, b) 기준틀 설치단계와, c) 기준틀 셋팅단계와, d) 앵커볼트고정단계와, e) 기준틀 해체단계를 순차적으로 수행하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 기준틀을 이용한 앵커볼트의 설치방법이다.The present invention provides the anchor bolt installation reference frame of the structure and the anchor bolt installation method using the same to improve the conditions of the anchor bolt installation work, while allowing the anchor bolts to be precisely installed to each other in a set position.
