Claims (2)
- (정정) 수직/수평형 머시닝 센터에 설치되어 공구의 길이를 측정하는 장치에 있어서, 테이블 또는 팰릿(10)에 고정수단(12)으로 마운팅 되는 센서보디(14)의 내부로 센싱샤프트(16)를 설치하되, 센서보디(14)의 내측 하부와 센싱샤프트(16)의 내측 상부 사이에 스프링(18)을 개재하여 스프링(18)의 반발력에 의해 센싱샤프트(16)가 항상 상방향으로 반발력을 갖게 하고, 센서보디(14)의 내벽 중앙에 형성된 플랜지(14a)에 의해 센싱샤프트(16)의 하부가 걸려 센싱샤프트(16)의 상하 이송을 규제하며, 상기 플랜지(14a)의 상부 내벽에 다수의 베어링(20)을 설치하여 센싱샤프트(16)의 상하 이송을 안내하고, 센서보디(14)의 내벽 하부에는 머시닝 센터의 수치제어식 컨트롤러와 연결되어 스핀들(26)의 전전속도를 감속되게 하는 감속용 근접스위치(22) 및 상기 근접스위치(22)와 소정의 간격을 두고 설치되고 수치제어식 컨트롤러와 연결되어 스핀들(26)에 고정된 공구(28)의 길이를 측정하는 측정용 근접스위치(24)를 각각 설치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 공구길이 자동측정장치.
- (정정) 제 1 항에 있어서, 2개의 근접스위치(22)(24) 사이의 거리를 스핀들(26)의 축방향 속도에 따라 조절하여 최단감속거리를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구길이 자동측정장치.
