Claims (2)
- 수치제어식 컨트롤러(11)에 의해 작동되는 머시닝센터(10)의 테이블(12) 상면에 설치되어 공구(13)의 길이를 측정하는 장치에 있어서, 테이블(12)의 상면에 착탈가능하도록 고정수단(32)이 구비되며 내부에는 수직 연장되는 중공부(33)가 형성된 바디(31)와, 하단에는 상기 중공부(33)를 따라 승하강되도록 탄설된 스프링(39)과 이 스프링(39)의 내부로 돌출된 터치부(37)가 구비되고 상면에는 공구(13)가 접촉되는 터치패드(36)가 구비된 푸셔(35)와, 상기 터치부(37)의 하부에 간격을 두고 위치되며 내부에는 승하강되는 터치바(47)가 탄설된 제1마이크로스위치(45)와, 상기 제1마이크로스위치(45)의 하부에 간격을 두고 위치된 제2마이크로스위치(46)를 포함하며, 상기 바디(31)측에는 상기 제1마이크로스위치(45) 및 제2마이크로스위치(46)에 전기적으로 접속된 무선송신모듈(50)이 구비되고, 상기 머시닝센터(10)의 수치제어식 컨트롤러(11)에는 무선수신모듈(51)이 전기적으로 접속되며, 상기 터치부(37)가 제1마이크로스위치(45)에 접촉되면 제1신호가 무선송신모듈(50)과 무선수신모듈(51)에 의해 상기 컨트롤러(11)로 전송되어 공구(13)는 소정 속도로 감속되어 하강하게 되고, 상기 제1마이크로스위치(45)의 터치바(47)가 제2마이크로스위치에 접촉되면 제2신호가 무선송신모듈(50)과 모선수신모듈(51)에 의해 컨트롤러(11)로 전송되어 공구(13)의 길이가 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구길이 자동측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단(32)의 내부에는 마그네트(38)가 내장되며 하단면은 초경합금(34)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공구길이 자동측정장치.
