Abstract
본 발명은 0.01g/10분 내지 0.30g/10분의 용융지수, 0.941 내지 0.955g/㎤의 밀도 및 20 내지 55의 JIS K7210에 따른 유동율(HLMI/MLMI)을 가지는 폴리에틸렌 수지를 함유하고, 불소 탄성체를 함유할 수도 있으며, 광섬유를 수용하기 위하여 표면부에 나선형으로 형성된 복수의 챈널을 가지는 광섬유 케이블 스페이서용 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)
- 0.01g/10분 내지 0.30g/10분 미만의 용융지수, 0.941 내지 0.955g/㎤의 밀도 및 20 내지 55의 유동율을 가지는 폴리에틸렌 수지를 함유하며, 광섬유를 수용하기 위하여 표면부에 나선형으로 형성된 복수의 챈널을 가지는 광섬유 케이블 스페이서용 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물(여기서, 상기 유동율 JIS K7210에 의하여 측정된 비율(HLMI/MLMI)을 의미하며, 190℃의 실린더 온도 및 21.6㎏의 하중에서 측정된 값(HLMI)과 190℃의 실린더 온도 및 5.0㎏의 하중에서 측정된 값(HLMI) 사이의 비를 계산함으로써 정의된다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 수지의 용융지수, 밀도 및 유동율은 각각 0.01 내지 0.1g/10분, 0.944 내지 0.952g/㎤, 및 30 내지 55인 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 수지의 용융지수, 밀도 및 유동율은 각각 0.03 내지 0.09g/10분, 0.944 내지 0.950g/㎤, 및 35 내지 53인 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 수지와 불소 탄성체의 총 중량에 대하여, 폴리에틸렌 수지를 99.9 내지 99.99중량% 및 불소 탄성체를 0.01 내지 0.10중량% 함유하는 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 수지와 불소 탄성체의 총 중량에 대하여, 폴리에틸렌 수지를 99.95 내지 99.98중량% 및 불소 탄성체를 0.02 내지 0.05중량% 함유하는 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 0.1 내지 1.0중량부의 산화방지제 및 0.1 내지 1.0중량부의 윤활제를 함유하는 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물.
- JIS B0601에 따라 측정한 스페이서의 조도 평균이 1.5㎛ 이하이며, 제1항의 폴리에틸렌 수지를 사용하 이형재 압출에 의하여 수득되는, 나선형 챈널이 있는 광섬유용 스페이서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
