Abstract
〔발명이 해결코저 하는 과제〕
종래의 선박용 데크컴퍼지션은 여러단계의 작업공정을 거쳐야 사용이 가능하여 작업이 불편하고 작업시간이 많이 소요되며 시공시 인건비의 지출이 높고 품질이 우수치 못한 등의 단점이 있었다.
〔과제의 해결방법〕
발명의 구성에서와 같은 컴퍼지션을 제공함으로서 단 1회의 시공으로 작업이 종료되므로 전술한 종래제품의 단점을 해결함.

Claims (1)
- 모래와 시멘트를 4:6 내지 7:3의 비율로 섞는 것을 원칙으로 하고 이 원칙량의 20~30%의 모래와 시멘트를 믹서기에 투입하여 10~15분간 믹싱한 다음 1차 믹싱된 모래와 시멘트에 접착력과 분산력을 가지는 유화재를 전기 원칙량의 10~60(%/Wt) 투입하여 15~30분간 믹싱하되 믹싱기의 믹싱플레이트가 시계방향으로 하프타임(Half time); 반시계 방향으로 하프타임(Half time);을 회전케 하고, 이들에는 다시 전기한 투입량의 나머지량의 모래와 시멘트를 투입하여 10~30분간 믹싱하되 1차 믹싱때와 같이 믹싱기의 믹싱 플레이트가 각각 절반의 시간동안 시계방향과 반시계 방향으로 회전되도록 믹싱하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 데크 컴퍼지션의 제조방법 및 그 제조방법에 의한 선박용 데크 컴퍼지션.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
