Abstract

본 발명은 액체 세제, 액체 화장액, 샴프 또는 액체 조미료 등의 유성 재료(이하 "내용액"이라함)를 수납하는 용기에 장착하여 용기안의 내용액을 필요로 하는 양만을 토출토록 하며, 내용액을 사용하지 아니할때에는 내용액이 누설되지 아니하고 장기간 보관이 가능하도록 하고자 하는 자동개폐캡 및 내용액 자동토출방법에 관한 것으로, 외통캡을 용기에 조립하도록 된 것에 있어서, 상기 외통캡의 상판에는 내용액토출구멍과 밸브시트를 갖는 내용액토출부를 형성하며, 밸브봉에 밸브헤드와 탄성밸브다리를 갖는 밸브를 형성하고, 상기 밸브를 상기 내용액토출부에 탄성적으로 조립하면, 밸브가 내용액토출부를 밀착되도록 하여 되는 것이며, 내용액토출부에 밸브봉과 밸브헤드와 밸브다리를 갖는 밸브가 탄성적으로 조립된 외통캡을, 용기에 체결하고, 용기본체를 누르면 밸브와 내용토출부와의 사이에 내용액 유출틈새가 생기며, 용기본체를 누르는 힘을 제거하면 밸브는 내용액토출부를 밀착하여 닫아 막도록 되는 것임.

Claims (2)

  1. 외통캡을 용기에 조립하도록 된 것에 있어서, 상기 외통캡의 상판에는 내용액토출구멍과 밸브시트를 갖는 내용액토출부를 형성하며, 밸브봉에 밸브헤드와 탄성 밸브다리를 갖는 밸브를 형성하고, 상기 밸브를 상기 내용토출부에 탄성적으로 조립하면, 밸브가 내용액토출부를 밀착되도록 하여 되는 자동개폐캡.
  2. 내용액토출부에 밸브봉과 밸브헤드와 밸브다리를 갖는 밸브가 탄성적으로 조립된 외통캡을, 용기에 체결하고, 용기본체를 누르면 밸브와 내용토출부와의 사이에 내용액 유출틈새가 생기며, 용기본체를 누르는 힘을 제거하면 밸브는 내용액토출부를 밀착하여 닫아 막도록 되는 내용액토출방법.
