Abstract

본 발명은 승강실 와셔(WASHER)액 노즐구조에 관한 것으로 자동차 전면 엔진룸 후드에 구비되는 와셔액 노즐을 와셔액 분출시에만 돌출되도록하여 와셔액의 분출이 가능하며 사용후에는 하강되어 엔진룸후드에 은폐시켜 돌출되지 않도록하여 외관이 향상되도록 와셔액 노즐의 사용시 분무되는 와셔액의 압력을 이용하여 전원이 온.오프 되도록하여 모터와 기어 동작에 의해 상·하승강 되도록 하며 사용후에는 후드의 외측곡면과 일치되도록 하강시켜 외측으로 돌출되지 않도록 하여 외관의 향상 효과를 가져오도록 한 승강식 와셔액 노즐구조에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 엔진룸 후드(H)에 설치되어 전면유리창(G)에 와셔액을 분출하도록 된 와셔액 노즐(1)에 있어서, 와셔액 노즐(1) 하측에는 랙크기어(2)가 구비된 가이드봉(3)이 돌출 설치되어 모터(M)의 피니언(4)과 맞물리도록 하며 엔진룸 후드(H)의 소정위치에는 와셔액 노즐(1)의 안착을 위한 안착부(5)와 가이드부(6) 및 동작을 제어하는 제어스위치(7)(7')가 구비되어 승.하강되는 와셔액 노즐(1)의 지지 및 동작을 제어하도록 하며, 상기 와셔액 노즐(1)에 연결되어 와셔액을 공급하는 연결호우스(8)의 일측에는 스프링(9)에 의해 탄성 설치된 피스톤(10)이 구비된 실린더(11)가 연결 설치되며 상기 피스톤(10)의 작동로드(12) 단부에는 접지판(13)이 구비되며 실린더(11)내측에는 제1스위치(14)와 제2스위치(15)가 구비되어 피스톤(10)의 작동로드(12)에 구비된 접지판(13)에 의해 접점되며 모터(M)를 정역 회전되도록 하여 와셔액 노즐(1)이 승·하강 되도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 승강식 와셔액 노즐 구조.
