Claims (7)
- (a) 제1부품(102,302)이 축(104)에 대해서 중심대칭이며 접촉영역의 범위에서 구형 곡률로 테이퍼진 돌출 위치 결정 부재(106,306,416)를 구비하고, (b) 제2부품(100,300)이 축(1040에 대해서 중심대칭이며 접촉영역의 구역에서 안으로 데이퍼진 위치 결정 리세스를 구비하고 있고, 상기 제2부품은 결합된 부품의 상기 축(104)이 일치하도록 제1부품과 결합되며, (c) 상기 제1및 제2부품은 결합된 후에 서로간에 접하게 되는 서로 마주하는 결합면(116,118,326,324)을 가지고 있고, 상기 위치 결정 부재 및 위치 결정 리세스는 아래의 (d) 및 (e)에 정의된 바와 같은 결합작용을 발생시키는 치수를 가지고 있으며, (d) 결합시 제1결합단계에서, 2개의 부품의 중심을 맞추기 위해서 제공된 접촉구역이 서로간에 접촉할때까지, 상기 위치 결정 요소가 상기 위치 결정 리세스를 관통하지만 상기 결합면 사이에는 여전리 갭(114)이 있으며, (e) 제2결합단계에서, 결합갭이 축선방향 압축력의 작용하에 밀폐됨으로써 접촉영역의 구역에서 재료가 탄성변형되며, 상기 탄성변형은 재료를 축선방향으로 변위시키는 굽힘변형이고, (f) 상기 위치 결정 부재 및 위치결정 리세스중의 적어도 하나는 외곽근방에서만 축선방향으로 지지되며 그 중앙역이 축선방향의 가요성을 가지는 판형 캐리어(108,420)상에 제공되어 있는, 미리 설정된 상대위치에서 2개의 부품을 결합하기 위한 위치 결정 장치에 있어서, 상기 플레이트(108) 및 판형부분(420)이 부품의 보어내에 삽입된 플레이트(110) 및 삽입부재(404)의 바닥 형태로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 결정 장치.
- 제1항이 있어서, 상기 제1및 제2부품은 위치결정부재(106,416)가 그들 사이에 배열되는 위치결정 리세스(412,418)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 결정 장치.
- 제1항이 있어서, 상기 플레이트(108) 및 판형 부분(420)이 각각 부품내에 삽입되어서 횡축방향으로 꼭 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 결정 장치.
- 제1항이 있어서, 상기 위치 결정 부재(416)가 한 측면상에서 그리고 적어도 상기 위치 결정 리세스(418)와 접촉하는 부분에서 구형으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 결정 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 위치 결정 부재(106,306)가 볼인것을 특징으로 하는 위치 결정 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 위치 결정 부재(306)가 자체체결을 위하여 상기 부품중의 하나로 돌출된 연장부(314)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 결정 장치.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개의 부품(502,504)의 위치를 결정하기 위하여 2개 이상의 위치 결정 장치(544,546)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 결정 장치.
