Description
본 발명은 세탁기의 다목적풀에 관한 것으로, 특히 일련의 세탁행정으로 세탁완료된 세탁물에 강도 보강 및 세균, 미생물 번식을 방지하도록 하여 세탁물의 내구성을 향상시키도록 한 세탁기의 다목적풀에 관한 것이다.
종래의 세탁기에서 세탁시 세탁하고자 하는 세탁물에 대하여 일련의 세탁행정인 세탁, 헹굼, 탈수 행정으로 진행하면서 세탁을 완료하도록 되어 있고, 이와같이 일련의 세탁행정으로 완료된 세탁물은 세탁 및 헹굼시 물과의 마찰력에 의하여 세탁물에 원형 변형이 발생되거나, 세탁물이 후줄구레지게 되어 세탁물에 내구성을 약화는 물론, 보푸라기가 발생되고, 착용시에는 먼지 및 이물질이 흡착되어 쉬 더러워지는 문제점을 가지게 되었다.
따라서 종래에는 일련의 세탁행정 완료후, 별도로 세탁완료된 세탁물에 주로 밀가루 또는 녹말가루 및 물을 주원료로 풀가공을 하여 먼지흡착, 쉬더러워짐, 보푸라기 발생을 방지하여 왔으나, 상기 세탁물의 풀가공은 이미 세탁시 세탁물이 후줄구레 또는 세탁물의 착색 및 형태의 변형이 된 상태에서 풀가공을 하였기 때문에, 실질적으로 가공 당시에만 효과를 가지게 되고, 소정기간이 경과하게 되면 풀가공 효과가 급격히 저하되는 문제점을 가지고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 세탁시 발생되는 역오염, 항균, 세척율, 방오 등의 제반문제점을 해소하지 못한 실정이었다.
따라서 본 발명의 목적은 일련의 세탁행정에서 풀가공시 세탁물에 역오염방지 및 항균작용을 할 수 있도록 하여 착용시 위생적이면서 착용감을 좋게 하고자 하는데 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 풀가공시 세탁물의 강도를 보강하여 원형 변형 및 보푸라기 발생을 방지하여 세탁물에 내구성 향상은 물론 항상 새옷같은 느낌을 줄 수 있도록 하고자 하는데 있다.
상기의 목적을 실현하기 위하여 본 발명은 증류수에 카르복시 메틸 셀루로이스, 폴리비닐알콜, 제올라이트, 염화나트륨을 혼합하여 다목적풀을 조성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하 첨부된 실시예에 의거 본 발명을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
실시예
본 발명은 증류수 98.4wt%에 오염물을 분해 및 분해된 오염물 분산제인 카르복시메틸 셀루로이스 0.4wt%, 전분성분제인 폴리비닐알콜 0.4wt%, 재오염 방지제인 제올라이트 0.7wt%, 점도 조절제인 염화나트륨 0.1wt%을 넣고, 혼합하여 조성을 하게 된다.
상기 표 1에서와 같이 조성된 다목적풀 일련의 세탁행정에서 헹굼완료된 세탁량에 따라 적정한 량을 투입하면서 풀가공을 하게 되는데, 즉 일련의 세탁행정중 세탁행정에서 감지된 부하량에 따라 급수하고, 세제를 투입한후 펄세이터(pulsator)를 회전시켜 가면서 세탁을 하고, 이어서 세탁행정이 완료되게 되면, 다시 급수하고 펄세이터를 회전시켜 2회 헹굼을 수행하고 헹굼고정을 완료하게 된다.
상기 헹굼행정이 완료되게 되면 표1에서와 같이 조성된 다목적풀로 풀가공을 실시하게 되는데, 이때 풀가공은 상기 세탁행정시 감지된 세탁량에 따라 그에 해당하는 풀의 량을 투입하고, 펄세이터를 정역회전시켜가면서 세탁물에 골고루 풀가공되도록 실시하고 이어서 탈수행정을 실시한후 일련의 세탁행정을 완료하게 된다. 상기와 같이 풀가공이 완료된 세탁물에 대하여 직물시험결과를 살펴보면,
즉 표 2의 직물 시험 결과에서 나타난 바와같이 상기 양복지에 대하여 풀가공하였을 때와 풀가공을 하지 않았을때 측정한 결과, 상기 풀가공한 양복지의 강연도(경사, 위사)를 풀가공을 하지 않은 양복지의 강연도와 비교하여 볼 때, 풀가공을 한 양복지의 강연도 중 경사의 경우, 경사강도가 0.08, 위사의 경우, 위사강도가 0.25 정도 향상되어 있음을 시험결과로 알 수 있었다.
특히, 면, 마직, 모시, 레이온, 모 등의 의복인 경우에는 강도를 상당히 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
이와같이 본 발명의 다목적풀로 풀가공을 완료하였을 때 세탁물에 대하여 강연도를 향상시킬 수 있고, 풀가공시에는 세탁물의 역오염방지를 할수 있어 일련의 세탁행정 완료후에는 옷색상의 선명도를 그대로 유지시킬 수 있게 된다.
또한 옷감표면에 보푸라기가 방지되어 옷감표면의 매끄러움 및 옷의 내구성과 보온을 유지시켜 줄 수 있고, 보관시에도 상기 다목적풀에 의하여 세균이 번식이나 곰팡이와 같은 미생물의 번식을 예방할 수 있게 되어 옷의 내구성을 향상은 물론 수명 및 보존을 장구히 할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이상에서 설명한 바와같이 본 발명은 일련의 세탁행정에서 헹굼완료된 세탁물에 주성분인 증류수에 카르복시 메틸 셀루로이스, 폴리비닐알콜, 제올라이트, 염화나트륨을 혼합하여 조성한 다목적풀로 가공해 줌으로써, 풀가공시에는 역오염방지 및 일련의 세탁행정 완료후에는 세탁물의 강도를 보강하게 되어 옷감표면의 보푸라기 방지는 물론, 세균, 미생물 번식을 방지하게 되므로 결국 옷의 내구성을 향상시키게 되어 옷의 수명 및 보존을 장구히 할 수 있는 효과를 제공하게 되는 것이다.

- 세탁물에 강도보강 및 세균이나 미생물의 번식을 방지하기 위하여 증류수에 카르복시 메틸 셀루로이스와 폴리비닐알콜 및 제올라이트와 염화나트륨을 혼합하여 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 다목적풀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 조성비가 증류수 98.4wt/%, 카르복시 메틸 셀루로이스 0.4wt/%, 폴리비닐알콜 0.4wt/%, 제올라이트 0.7wt/%, 염화나트륨 0.1wt/%로 됨을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 다목적풀.
