Abstract

본 발명은 내연기관에서 각 스파크 플러그에 고압을 분배하는 배전장치의 배전기(distributor)에 관한 것으로, 배전기(7)에 중앙단자(71)와 엔진 실린더 수의 절반에 해당하는 고압단자(72,73)만을 보유하는 3개의 고압단자만을 되고, 상기고압단자(72,73)에 연결되는 고압 케이블의 타단을 분기하여 하나의 고압 케이블에 두개의 스파크 플러그가 병렬 접속되게 연결함으로써 제조원가를 절감하고, 케이블과의 조립이 용이하게 이루어 질 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 엔진 콘트롤러(1)에 의해 파워 트랜지스터(2)에 전원을 인가시킴에 따라 점화코일(3)의 2차코일에서 발생되는 고전압을 각 실린더(5)의 스파크 플러그에 분배하는 배전기(9)를 형성함에 있어서, 상기 배전기(9)에는 점화코일(3)과 접속되는 하나의 중앙단자(71)와, 각 엔진 기통(실린더) 수의 절반(1/2)에 해당하는 두개의 고압단자(72,73)만을 보유하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고압단자(72,73)는 로터(74)의 회전에 의해 각 실린더(5)의 스파크 플러그에 고압을분배하기 위한 제1단자(a)와 상기 제1단자(a)와 서로 마주하는 제4단자(d)가 연결되는 하나의 고압단자(72)와, 제2단자(b)와 상기 제2단자(b)와 서로 마주하는 제3단자(c)를 연결시킨 또 하나의 고압단자(73)로되고, 상기 고압단자(72,73)에 접속되는 고압케이블의 타단을 분기하여 하나의 고압 케이블에 두개의 스파크 플러그가 병렬 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 배전기 캡(70)의 인서트 어셈블리를 2중으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전기.
