Abstract

본 발명은 럼버서포트 장치가 요추의 곡선을 따라 휨변형 되도록하여 받쳐진 상태가 안정되도록 하고 또한 구성을 간소화하여 생산성이 향상되도록 한 자동차의 럼버서포트 장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 시트의 시트등받이프레임 내측에 놓이는금속망체의 받침부재와, 상기 받침부재 후방으로 결합된 탄성편과, 그리고 상기 탄성편의 하부가 상부 쪽으로 당겨져 상기 받침부재가 요추의 곡선을 따라 휘도록하는 견인부재가 구비된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 시트의 시트등받이프레임(11) 내측에 놓이는 금속망체의 받침부재(21)와, 상기 받침부재(21) 후방으로 결합된 탄성편(22)과, 그리고 상기 탄성편(22)의 하부가 상부 쪽으로 당겨져 상기 받침부재(21)가 요추의 곡선을 따라 휘도록하는 견인부재(30)를 구비하는 자동차 시트의 럼버서포트 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 견인부재(30)는 상기 탄성편(22)의 상,하부에 형성된 안내부(31)(31a)와, 하단이 상기 하부쪽 안내부(31a)에 끼워져 걸린 상태로 상기 상부쪽 안내부(31)를 이동가능하게 관통하는와이어(32)와, 상기 시트등받이프레임(11)의 일측으로 공회전 가능하게 결합된 조절손잡이(33)와, 상기 조절손잡이(33)의 외주면에 걸림턱(33a)이형성되고 상기 시트등받이프레임(11)에 상기 걸림턱(33a)이 공횐 되게 끼워지는 브래킷(34)과, 그리고 상기 조절손잡이(33)의 회전에 따라 왕복이동되고 후방으로 상기 와이어(32)의 선단이 고정된 견인부(30a)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 자동차시트의 럼버서포트 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상부쪽 안내부(31)는 상기 시트등받이프레임(11)에 고정되고 상기 하부쪽 안내부(31a)는 상기 시트등받이프레임(11)에 형성된 미끄럼부(11b)에 면접되어 승강 이동됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 시트의 럼버서포트 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 견인부(30a)는 상기 조절손잡이(33)의 후방으로 형성된 암나사부(35)와, 상기 암나사부(35)에 체결되는 숫나사부(36)가 공회전 가능하게 끼워지고 후단으로 상기 와이어(32)의 선단이 고정되며 외주면에돌기(37a)가 형성된 슬리브(37)와, 그리고 상기 슬리브(37)의 외주면에 끼워져 상기 돌기(37a)가 이동안내되도록 통로(38a)가 형성된 안내관(38)을 구비함을 특징으로하는 자동차 시트의 럼버서포트 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 와이어(32)의 하단에 걸림구(32a)가 형성되어 상기 안내부(31a) 하단에 걸리고 상단에연결구(32c)가 형성되어 상기 슬리브(37)의 후단에 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 시트의 럼버서포트 장치.
