Abstract

본 발명은 레버 시프트 록 및 키이 인터록 장치(lever shift lock and key interlock apparatus)에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 레버 시프트 록 및 키이 인터록 장치(10)는, 원주방향 외면에 제공되는 제1치부(14)를 갖는 키이박스(12), 상기 키이 박스(12)의 제1치부(14)와 맞물리는 제2치부(16)를 갖는 슬라이딩 부채(40)가 일단부에 고정되는 키이 인터록 케이블(22), 일단부가 브레이크 페달(24)에 고정되는 시프트 록 케이블(20), 하우징(30)의 내부에 수납되고 푸시버튼의 작동에 의해 움직이는 디텐트 핀(44)의 이동에 따라 상하방향으로 이동가능하게 되는 잠금부재(38), 상기 키이 인터록 케이블(22)의 다른 단부에 고정되며 상기 잠금부재(38)의 외면에 제공되는 안내홈(50)에 계합됨으로써 상기 잠금부재(38)를 고정하고 상기 안내홈(50)으로부터 이탈됨으로써 상기 잠금부재(38)의 이동을 허용하게 되는 키이 인터록 플런저(28), 및 상기 시프트 록 케이블(20)의 다른 단부에 고정되며 상기 잠금부재(38)의 하면에 계합됨으로써 상기 잠금부재(38)의 이동을 저지하고 상기 잠금부재(38)의 하면으로부터 이탈됨으로써 상기 잠금부재(38)의 이동을 허용하게 되는 시프트 록 플런저(26)를 구비한다.
본 발명의 상기 구성에 따라, 레버 시프트 록 및 키이 인터록 장치가 케이블식으로 기계적으로 작동되어 구조가 간단하게 되고, 제조비가 절감되며 수동 해제장치가 필요없게 되어 인디케이터의 설계가 용이하게 되고 소음발생이 방지되게 된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 레버 시프트 록 및 키이 인터록 장치(10)에 있어서, 원주방향 외면에 제공되는 제1치부(14)를 갖는 키이박스(12), 상기 키이박스(12)의 제1치부(14)와 맞물리는 제2치부(16)를 갖는 슬라이등 부재(40)가 일단부에 고정되는 키이인터록 케이블(22), 일단부가 브레이크 페달(24)에 고정되는 시프트 록 케이블(20), 하우징(30)의 내부에 수납되고 푸시버튼의 작동에 의해 움직이는 디텐트 핀(44)의 이동에 따라 상하방향으로 이동가능하게 되는 잠금부재(38), 상기 키이 인터록 케이블(22)의 다른 단부에 고정되며 상기 잠금부재(38)의 외면에 제공되는 안내홈(50)에 계합됨으로써 상기 잠금부재(38)를 고정하고 상기 안내홈(50)으로부터 이탈됨으로써 상기 잠금부재(38)의 이동을 허용하게 되는 키이 인터록 플런저(28), 및 상기 시프트 록 케이블(20)의 다른 단부에 고정되며 상기 잠금부재(38)의 하면에 계합됨으로써 상기 잠금부재(38)의 이동을 저지하고 상기 잠금부재(38)의 하면으로부터 이탈됨으로써 상기 잠금부재(38)의 이동을 허용하게 되는 시프트 록 플런저(26)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레버 시프트 록 및 키이 인터록 장치.
