Abstract

본 발명은 전진 6단 후진 2단용 트랜스미션에 관한 것으로서, 엔진의 동력을 바퀴에 전달하기 위하여 입력축에 자동차의 주행속도를 변속시키는 1단, 후진, 2단, 3단기어로 구성된 스피드기어가 장착되고, 상기 스피드기어 중에서 선택된 스피드기어 맞물려 회전되도록 입력축 하방에 평행하게 설치된 출력축에 제1싱크로메시 기구 및 기어비가 상이한 제 1, 2파이널 기어가 고정되며, 상기 제 1, 2파이널 기어 중에서 제1싱크로메시 기구가 이동된 파이널기어에 제1, 2드라이브기어를 맞춤림시킴으로써, 자동차를 보다 넓은 영역의 기어비를 사용하여 주행시킬 수 있고, 트랜스미션의 부피, 중량 및 전장이 줄어 경량화가 가능함은 물론 이에 따른 연비가 절감되고, 동력 성능을 최적의 상태로 향상시킬 수 있다.

제1도는 종래의 전진 5단 후진 1단용 트랜스미션을 개략적으로 나타낸 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 전진 6단 후진 2단용 트랜스미션을 나타낸 단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 트랜스미션의 케이스내에 입, 출력축이 상호 평행하게 설치되고 상기 입력축에 자동차의 주행속도를 변속할 수 있도록 1단기어에서 5단기어의 스피드기어가 장착되며 상기 출력축에는 입력축의 스피드기어에 맞물려 선택한 스피드기어의 회전력을 차동장치에 전달하기 위한 구동기어가 고정되는 전진 5단 후진 1단용 트랜스미션에 있어서, 엔진의 동력을 바퀴에 전달하기 위하여 2개의 볼 베어링이 개재된 입력축이 설치되고 상기 입력축에 장착되어 자동차의 주행속도를 전진 6단과 후진 2단으로 변속시키는 변속수단과, 상기 변속수단 중에서 선택된 변속수단에 맞물려 같은 속도로 회전되고 상기 입력축 하방에 평행하게 설치된 다수의 구동기어가 고정되는 축력축과, 상기 출력축 선단부에 제1싱크로메시 기구가 장착되고 상기 제1싱크로메시기구를 중심으로 양측에 고정되어 선택한 변속기어비를 전달하는 기어비변속수단과, 상기 기어비변속수단 중에서 제1싱크로메시 기구가 이동되어 맞물림된 기어비변속수단의 회전력을 차축의 바퀴에 전달하는 동력전달수단과, 상기 동력전달수단이 고정되어 변속된 기어비로 주행하는 자동차의 직진 및 선회시 좌, 우바퀴의 슬립을 방지시키는 디퍼렌셜 케이스로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전진 6단 후진 2단용 트랜스미션.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변속수단은, 상기 싱크로메시 기구와 맞물려 운전자가 선택한 속도로 자동차를 주행시킬 수 있도록 입력축에 유동가능하게 장착되는 1단, 후진, 2단, 3단 기어를 포함한 스피드기어로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전진 6단 후진 2단용 트랜스미션.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기어비변속수단은, 상기 제1싱크로메시 기구를 좌, 우방향으로 이동시켜 높거나 또는 낮은 기어비를 선택적으로 사용하기 위해 출력축에 고정되는 제1, 2파이널기어로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전진 6단 후진 2단용 트랜스미션.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동력전달수단은, 상기 기어비변속수단을 구성하는 제 1, 2파이널 기어 중에서 제1싱크로메시 기구와 맞물려 회전하는 파이널기어에 맞물림되는 제1, 2드라이브기어로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전진 6단 후진 2단용 트랜스미션.
